Here at Polka Dot Pie we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return/exchange any item bought from us, we will be happy to return or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
For an exchange, we ask you place a note in the package with your specific requirements. Where we have not been at fault, we ask that you please add £5.00 in with the item to cover the postage to send out the new item. If you haven’t a cheque book, don’t worry; write in the note that you require a PayPal request for £5.00, which we will process when we’re ready to send out the replacement.
Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest the item must be sent back using a trackable/recorded delivery method as it was dispatched. This is to avoid lost items and so that we can track your item. If returned within the cooling off period, a refund for the product price and delivery charge will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.
If you require a refund for your item(s) and have made use of the ‘Free Shipping Over £90’ deal, the refund will be for the returned items minus the standard £6.50 postage. Please allow 14 days for any refunds to be processed.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven working day cooling off period after receiving your order; after 7 days we are willing to issue a credit note. The customer must contact Polka Dot Pie Limited in the first instance to arrange the return/exchange of the items, giving your reason for return. This can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note – this does not apply to bespoke ‘made to measure’ items which cannot be returned. Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it please notify us within 48 hours, after this time we will not accept responsibility.
